LearnTrek has been an absolute game changer for us.

The system has allowed us to show inspectors and commissioners that we are meeting the needs of our pupils and thinking creatively about tracking progress for learner who struggle. The dashboards and compliance tracking helps hold the team to account for statutory duties, and gives me an overview of how the school is functioning in real time.

LearnTrek has allowed staff to log concerns and incidents quickly and efficiently. We have been able to see how our staff have developed excellent relationships with our students and how vigilant they are. We have also been able to track the recurring areas of concern and start to address this through our PSHE and intervention programmes.

LearnTrek has been fantastic in working with us to produce our progress reports and to tweak them so they meet our needs. The way in which we are going to be able to combine visual data alongside mentor comments is fantastic. The process of working with LearnTrek so far has been brilliant and I am excited about developing our use of the software moving forward, particularly the curriculum tracking!

I was introduced to LearnTrek in November 2021 whilst on a visit to another learning centre. At Invent Training we had been looking for a system that we could use to keep all of or data in one place and make it easier for staff to access certain information, when Alex and the team presented us with what they could offer and how it would work we were blown away by the flexibility but also bespoke the system would be.

Alex and the team at LearnTrek are always on hand to make sure we feel supported, we have regular emails and calls which is great. As a smaller business we pride ourself on making sure our clients feel part of our family and Alex and the team are no different. With the bespoke system we have in place we are in a much better place, we have also had local schools and Ofsted visit us and be impressed with how it all works.

LearnTrek has been a fantastic addition to our provision.

We have tried numerous management systems in our field. None of these were the right fit for our provision. All these systems felt like they were targeting large schools and overcomplicating simple uses.

LearnTrek has been the polar opposite of this. Our staff all report that it is “easy-to-use” and “very user friendly”. We are able to tailor the programme to meet our needs by carefully selecting the right package for our Alternative Provision. The cost is reasonable and we feel really well supported by Alex as our main point of contact.

Whenever we find a feature isn’t quite working, or needs amending, Alex is more than happy to help. We have been able to add features that improve the programme to meet our needs. Learntrek feels like it was designed perfectly for us. We can’t recommend it highly enough.

LearnTrek has become an essential part of how we run Blue Squid.

It makes recording safeguarding, behaviour and first aid incidents simple, while the instant notification feature keeps parents, home schools and professionals in the loop effortlessly. We also love how it helps us track progress against individual targets, against our bespoke curriculum or in behaviours for learning. The one-click attendance notifications are a game-changer. The whole system is intuitive, reliable and saves us so much time. We’d be lost without it!

We have reduced admin time on tasks that can be done with one click rather than several links. In return we have empowered staff to use the extra time saved to think outside of the box, using targets to form their planning reflectively and creatively.

Alex and her team are exactly who they say they are! Answering calls, and emails with a non-judgemental professional, yet kind response. Listening to what we needed and allowing us to set up a system that is tailored to our company and not the other way around. We were recommended to LearnTrek and we would thoroughly recommend them. The key benefits of using LearnTrek's software for specialist settings include being able to track and monitor the attendance, progress and other data all in one place.  LearnTrek has helped us to send an easy and instant confirmation message to the parent/carer/setting that the learner has arrived on site.
